Employee participates in the 'levensloopregeling' and wants to use his 'BT' wage to save an amount

In the period that the employee is paid the holiday allowance or overtime hours, the employee may choose to save an amount as the 'levensloop' premium during this period. This is also allowed for the 'BT' wages.

In the Profit CLA and Basic CAO the following wage components are present for this purpose:

  • 100.004.920 'Levensloop Premie (BT)'
  • 100.004.921 'Levensloop BT (bedrag)'

You can post the amount to the 100.004.921 'Levensloop BT (bedrag)' wage component by selecting HR / Payroll / Enter wage entry.

Profit displays the 100.004.920 'Levensloop Premie (BT)' wage component on the pay slip. If you want tot apply the maximum of 12%, this wage component also determines how much the employee can save from the 'BT' wage in addition to the 'NT' wage.

If applicable, this can be in addition to the regular 'levensloop' premium.

You link the 100.004.920 'Levensloop Premie (BT)' wage component to the employee's payment account. You do this by selecting HR / Employee / Employee and going to the Bank tab.

If you want Profit to pay the value of the 100.004.920 'Levensloop Premie (BT)' wage component into the same account as the 100.004.919 'Levensloop Premie (NT)' wage component, you add the account for a second time and link the wage component.

Note:

Select the Suitable for payment check box in the properties of the wage component, otherwise you cannot the link this wage component in the properties of the employee.
