Project results

There are several ways you can display the project results in Profit.

Description

You can view the project results in terms of costs and revenues from the project properties. You can also view the entries posted to the projects.

To gain an insight into a project you can print the project and employee cards. These contain the actual costing lines entered per project and employee, respectively. A total overview and an employee overview per month are also available.

Profit contains an actual costing overview in which you can retrieve all hours entered By using filters and options to modify the view, you can create customised overviews. You can press the Office button to transfer these directly to Microsoft Excel for further editing.

Using the report generator you can create various lists based on the Profit Projects master data, the actual costing entered and the lines invoiced. You can also create overviews of the project results by placing the costs and revenues entered per project side by side. Because of custom configuration, default overviews can hardly be provided.

  The most important information about projects is gathered together in the properties of the project.

• View a project card

  You can print a default project master card for one project or for multiple projects at the same time.

• To view the actual costing overview:

  The view of the actual costing overview shows all lines and all fields in the actual costing lines.

• View project entries

  You can view the entries for projects.
