Copy a basic order from from a purchase order

You can quickly add a purchase order by copying the data from a basic order.

Copying a basic purchase order to a purchase order is only possible if you have entered a purchase contact.

To quickly add an order by copying a basic order:

1. Go to: Order Management / Purchase process / Purchase order. 
2. Click on: New. 
3. Select the entry layout to be used.

   The window for entering/editing appears.

4. Enter the order number if you do not want to use auto numbering.
5. Select the basic order that you want to copy in Corresponding basic order.
