Configure the integration type for counter/direct invoices

You can configure the integration with Profit Financial for counter/direct invoices using various integration types. The important factor here is which payment methods you support. Besides payments on account, counter/direct invoices may also be paid in cash, by PIN card or by chip card.

The integration type Counter/direct invoice (08) is the default that you need for the On account payment method. This enters the journal entry in the sales journal.

You can also opt to configure the Cash sales integration type (cash to debtor). This is then an extra journal entry which applies to the Cash payment method.

You must configure Profit Financial before you can add this integration type.

For the addition of integration types, you must be authorised.

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Integration settings / Integration type.
