Still deliver a sales order even without an advance payment

A sales order with advanced payment must be paid for in full before it can be delivered. You can, however, still deliver the sales order. A condition for this is that the invoice has already been generated.

To deliver a sales order even without advance payment:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Sales order.
2. Select the sales order with advance payment.
3. Click on the action: Create packing slip.

   You are now asked if you want to convert the order to a packing slip anyway.

4. Click on: Yes. 
5. Complete the packing slip.
