Profit Calendar
Profit has its own calendar. You can use this to record appointments, but Profit can also register leave, absence, course sessions and actual costing lines automatically in Profit Calendar. If you use the Exchange link, you can show these appointments in the Microsoft Outlook Calendar as well.
Description
You can use Profit Calendar if you have a licence for it.
There are several ways to use Profit Calendar:
- As an independent calendar. In that case you do not have to purchase calendar software.
- In combination with Microsoft Outlook, synchronising your appointments between both applications.
- In combination with Microsoft Exchange Server. You use the Microsoft Outlook calendar, but appointments are edited via Microsoft Exchange. This way you can manage calendars in a company network and mutually create appointments and view other users' calendars. This also allows you to schedule appointments at locations.

- Link users to a person and, if applicable, to an employee
Every user who is linked to a person, has a calendar in Profit. In specific cases the user should also be an employee, for instance for the integration of leave, etc.
Procedure
- Calendar in Profit Windows
In Profit Windows you have the complete Profit Calendar at your disposal. This means that you can add, view and delete appointments and that you can use additional functionality.
