Schedule a cockpit for publication on InSite (AFAS Online)

Profit has a separate function for automatically performing specific tasks, such as generating analyses. The tasks are performed according to a fixed schedule. A task to be performed is placed in the queue until the moment that it is actually performed. You can find more information about this in the AFAS KnowledgeBase.

The procedure for publishing an analysis using a scheduled task is only available in AFAS Online, not in a local installation.

To schedule tasks:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Task scheduler.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select Publishing analysis.
  4. Click on: Next.
  5. Determine if you want to perform the task once only or regularly (according to a fixed schedule).
  6. Click on: Finish.
