Archive attachments to dossier items (Command Line Utility)

Command line for archiving attachments to dossier items and responses to dossier items. This functionality matches the archiving of attachments to dossier items in Profit.

A log file with data for this action is generated. The log file is saved to the folder that is being used as the archive location.

Extra options

Option	Explanation
/T"dossier item type code"	Mandatory. The code for the dossier item type. You can find the code by selecting CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type. If you do not enter a code, all dossier item types are used.
/A"Code for the archive name"	Mandatory. The code for the archive name. If the code is not yet present in the File name custom table, it is added. You can only do this if the name has been entered (after /O) and the name is not yet used with another code. If not, an error message displays.
/O"Description of the archive name"	Mandatory. The name of the archive name.
/B"attachments to"	Mandatory. DR (dossier items including responses) D (only dossier items) R (only responses)
/D"From date"
/E"To date"	Optional. Selection based on the date of the dossier item.
/X"file types to be archived"	Optional. File types, without spaces, separated by semicolons, for example: /X"xls;docx"
/M"minimum file size"	Minimum file size in MB.
/N	Optional. Include dossier items that have not been completed.
/W	Optional. Include dossier items that are still in the workflow.
