Fixed filter for GetConnector
A fixed filter is stored in Profit and is always applied whenever you run a GetConnector.
Note:
Filters are saved in the cache. This also applies to the fixed filters in GetConnectors. It can take up to 30 minutes for a filter change in a GetConnector to be active when the GetConnector is called.
To include a filter in a GetConnector:
- Go to: General / Output / Management / GetConnector.
- Open the GetConnector.
- Click on: Next.
You see the fields that are included in the GetConnector.
- Click on: Data.
You can now maintain the data collection.
- Click on: Next.
- Select Advanced filter.
- Enter the filter criteria.
Using the filter tag [Year], you always filter by the current year. The filter is applied during each call of the GetConnector, but the use of the filter tag still gives this filter a flexible character.
- Click on: Next.
- Click on: Example.
Note:
An example is always a snapshot of the current situation. The filter may return a different result at a different time.
- Click on: Close.
- Click on: Finish.
- Click on: Finish.
