Assess external message statuses
You can view message statuses in Profit.
The external application can retrieve message statuses via the web service if this functionality is available in the external application. This falls outside scope of Profit Help.

Message rejected |
The client has rejected the message. The detailed information contains a 'GUID' with which you can request the error message in the environment. You can put the message back into the workflow using the Repairing message status action. |
50 |
Message prepared to be sent to requesting party |
The client has approved the message. The message can be sent via the communication service to the relevant agencies. |
60 |
Message sent to requesting party |
The message has been sent via the communication service to the relevant agency. |
70 |
Error while sending to requesting party |
An error occurred while sending the message to the relevant agency. The detailed information contains a 'GUID' with which you can request the error message in the environment. The communication service will send the message again when messages are sent. |
80 |
Message accepted by requesting party |
The message was sent successfully. |
90 |
Message declined by requesting party |
The message was not sent successfully. |
To request the status via Profit:
- Go to: General / Management / Communication connector.
- Open the properties of the communication connector.
- Go to the tab: Messages.
- You can open messages by retrieving detailed information. In statuses 40 and 70, you can request message information in the environment logbook on the basis of the GUID.
- Using theRepairing message status action, you can reverse message status Message rejected (40). This means that the external application can submit the message once again. This is also possible for theError while sending to requesting party message status (70).
- Using the Clear action, you can delete messages.
