Custom fields |
|
Bank/giro number |
Bank/giro account number from the source is added if the combination of (country bank) and (account number or IBAN number) does not exist in the target. |
Address |
Organisations have a regular address and a postal address which are both transferred |
Address history |
All address changes in the source are transferred to the target if the same combination of date and address does not yet exist. |
Telecommunications |
If a communication type is not present in the source but is present in the target, the communication data of the target is kept. |
Contact |
Is transferred if it is missing in the target. Some types (for example, sales contact) have contact persons linked to them. If the type is transferred but not the contact person for the organisation because this person already exists, the contact persons for the type will now refer to the same contact persons in the target. Telecommunication data and addresses are linked to a contact person for an organisation. This data is transferred in the same way as it is done for persons, just like the fields. Dossier items are transferred if they do not yet exist in the target. If they already exist, the link with the source is deleted. |
Contacts other than contact person (department, delivery address) |
In addition to the contact person for an organisation, the organisation can have other contact data such as departments and delivery addresses. In the case of departments, if the combination of organisation and extra address data is not the same then the data are transferred. In the case of delivery addresses, if the address (1 of the fields of an address) is not yet present, the delivery address is transferred. |
Organisation types |
A type from a source is only transferred if the type does not exist in the target. If the type is present in both, the entire merge action is cancelled. |
Client record items |
All dossier items are transferred from the source organisation to the target organisation if they are not yet present in the target organisation. |
Relationships
|
If source and target have the same relationship (combination of source, target and type), the relationship is not transferred. Thus, if a relationship is defined between the source and the target but in the other direction, the relationship does get transferred. The reversed relationships are updated. |
