Follow up on dossier items
There are various ways in which you can view, follow up on and complete dossier items. The most automated way is by using a workflow, which directly displays the dossier items for the responsible person in his task list.
A more manual method for following up on dossier items uses the central dossier view.
To follow up on dossier items:
- Go to: CRM / Dossier / Dossier.
- Select the view (or another view that displays Verkoopacties ).
- Use the quick filter in the Dossier item type column to filter on, for example, the Action dossier item type.
You only do this if you had not yet set this in the filter on the new view.
- If required, filter on Resp. person and on the dossier items that have not been completed (Completed = 'no').
You can now see which dossier items of the type that you have chosen, still need tot be completed.
- Open the properties of the dossier item type. that you want to complete.
- Go to the tab: Special fields.
- Select the Completed check box.
Profit automatically enters the completion date and time.
- Click on: OK.
In the view, the Completed check box for the sales action in question is selected.
If you have set a filter on the Completed field (= No), the dossier item that you have completed will be removed from the list in the view.
