Use the selection from a previous campaign action

Use an existing selection from another campaign action. The selection will not be regenerated, but is copied literally from the selected campaign action.

You then (un)link contacts for the campaign action manually on the Contacts tab.

Note:

If you want to copy the selection from another campaign action, select that action when you add the campaign action. After adding the action, this option is no longer available!

To use the selection from a previous campaign action:

1. Go to: CRM / Campaign management / Campaign.
2. Open the properties of the campaign.
3. Go to the tab: Campaign action.
4. Click on: New.

   

5. In Copy selection(s) from campaign action select the campaign action to copy the selection from.
6. Click on: Finish.
