Change entry layouts for discount vouchers

You can add theDiscount voucherVoucher code and Price after discount fields to the entry layout that you use for invoices.

For instance, if you invoice the debtor for all participants at the same time, you can see who has submitted which code for which discount.

You add the fields to the line. The fields are in the line fields in Discount voucher code.
