Multiple teachers per event/session
You can record multiple teachers for the session of an event. You have to be authorised for this functionality.
To add a teacher to a session:
- Go to: CRM / Course management / Event.
- Open the properties of the event..
- Go to the tab: Session.
- Open the properties of the session.
- Go to the tab: Teacher.
- Click on: New.
- Select the person in Organisation/person.
- Click on: Finish.
To add multiple persons from the same organisation as teachers:
- Go to: CRM / Course management / Event.
- Open the properties of the event..
- Go to the tab: Session.
- Open the properties of the session.
- Go to the tab: Teacher.
- Click on: New.
- Select the organisation in Organisation/person.
- Click on: Next.
- Select the persons you want to add as teachers.
- Click on: Finish..
