Fields that are transferred when merging persons

Persons have a regular address and a postal address both of which are transferred |
Address history |
All address changes in the source are transferred to the target if the same combination of date and address does not yet exist. |
Telecommunications |
If a communication type is not present in the source but is present in the target then the communication data is transferred. |
Contact |
Is transferred if it is missing in the target. Custom fields for contact persons are transferred if they are empty in the target. |
Person types |
A type from a source is only transferred if the type does not exist in the target. If the type is present in both, the entire merge action is cancelled. |
Client record items |
All dossier items are transferred from the source person to the target person. An exception is if the dossier item is present in both (same subject-id). In this case the dossier item is not added. |
Relationships
|
If source and target have the same relationship (combination of source, target and type), the relationship is not transferred. Thus, if a relationship is defined between the source and the target but in the other direction, the relationship does get transferred. The reversed relationships are updated. |
E-mailing permission status |
If the status of the target is None then the status is transferred from the target. If the status of the target is not None, the line from the source is deleted. |
