Checks if the dossier item type is not available for the Profit Communication Center
If a specific dossier item type is not available in the Profit Communication Center, check the settings.
To check the dossier item type:
- Go to: CRM / Dossier / Configuration / Dossier item type.
- Open the properties of the dossier item type.
- Go to the tab:General.
- The Link file check box must be selected, otherwise you cannot submit a dossier item.
- Go to the tab: In & OutSite.
- The Visible check box under InSite must be selected. The plural description must have been specified as a description.
- Go to the tab: Destination.
- Check that the correct destinations have been selected.
- Go to the tab:Workflows.
- If a workflow is present, the correct user must have been recorded as sender in the workflow.
- Click on: OK.
To check the site:
Check if the page type is activated for InSite:
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Site
- Open the properties of the site.
- Go to the tab: Page types.
- The page type of the dossier item must be selected (this is the plural form of the description of the dossier item type).
- Click on: OK.
To check the authorisation:
Check if the functionality has been added to an authorisation role.
- Go to: General / In & OutSite / Configuration / Functionality.
- Open the properties of the functionality
- Go to the tab: Roles.
- Check which role is linked.
- Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
- Select the user or user group.
- Go to the tab:InSite.
- Check if the authorisation role check box is selected.
Also check the filter authorisation.
The above checks should resolve any problems. If this does not work then you can refresh the current data viaHR / Management / Configuration / Refresh current details (only applies for a local installation).
