Block a view

If you block a view, it is no longer visible to users.

Block a view:

  1. Open the view:.
  2. Click on: Properties.

  3. Select the Blocked check box.

  4. Click on: OK.

    Notice that the view disappears and is no longer visible.

Open a blocked view without having to unblock:

  1. Open the view menu (Ctrl+Shift+W).
  2. Click on: Show blocked views.

    The previously locked view is visible again.

  3. Open the properties of the view again and deselect the Blocked check box.
