Filter variables (filter tags) in Dutch

All filter variables are shown in the table below. Bear in mind that a filter variable will only work for a field that is suitable for the variable type. Most variables filter on year, day or date and can only be used for date or date/time fields.

Date tags:
[Week]	Current week. (Not available in the entry program or the properties window).
[Jaar]	Current year. (Not available in the entry program or the properties window).
[Vandaag]	Current date (system date). For date/time fields there are some special points of interest.
[Morgen]	Current date + 1 day (system date + 1)
[Overmorgen]	Current date + 2 days (system date + 2)
[Gisteren]	Current date - 1 day (system date - 1)
[Eergisteren]	Current date - 2 days (system date - 2)
[Begin van de week]	First day of the current week
[Einde van de week]	Last day of the current week
[Begin van de maand]	First day of the current month
[Einde van de maand]	Last day of the current month
[Begin van maand + 1 maand]..[Begin van maand + 2 maanden - 1 dag]	Entire next month.
[Maand - 1 maand]	If a field shows a month number, you can use this variable to retrieve the preceding month.
[Nu]	Current date and current time (system date and time)
[Tijd]	Current time (system time).
[Jaar-week -1 week]	Week number counted in weeks starting with the current week. So the current year and current week number minus or plus an x number of weeks. Example: if current year and week = 2014 - 01, and it is decreased by 1, the result is 2013 - 52. Years that have 53 weeks are taken into account.
User tag:
[Gebruiker]	Logged on user.
[Medewerker]	The employee linked to the logged-on user.
[Werkgever]	The employer that is linked to the logged on employee (linked to the logged on user).
[OE]	The department of the logged-on user. The user must have been linked to an employee, because the department is recorded at the employee level. If you use the Multiple employments functionality, Profit will only filter on the department linked to the main employment. If you have enabled the Employee authorisation based on position allocation activation, and you use the =, != and 'contains' operators, Profit will filter by all departments linked to the employee.
Other tags:
[Administratie]	You can create a custom field of the Numerical type, filter this field using this tag and include the filter in a custom view. In that case, when you are making entries, only the data of the active administration is shown.

If a filter tag returns multiple values, Profit will apply the first value if that is required, for example, for a preferred value. This could be the case if you use the filter tag [OE].

The variable type must match the field type. For example, the [year] and [week] variables always return a number. You cannot use them in a date field. If you do that anyway, Profit will display a message and you have to apply a different filter.

Additional variables

You can use the date tags together with additional variables, to have other dates and times determined. The additional variables are:

Note:

If English is your basic language, you use the English tags. If French is your basic language, you use the French tags. What your basic language is, is determined by your licence.

If you have set English or French as your language while your basic language is Dutch, you should use the Dutch tags.

Filter by day, regardless of the time

The [Vandaag] tag filters by today’s date, time 00:00. In date fields, the time is not relevant and the filter will return all records for today.

In date/time fields the time is relevant. Date/time fields are used, for example, for client record items. If you filter a date/time field, for example by [vandaag], Profit applies a filter by today's date and uses 00:00 as the time.
