Display the print preview of a report

You can quickly check a report by displaying a print preview.

To display the print preview of a report:

  1. Open the report:.
  2. Click on: Data_Rapportvelden in een rapport plaatsen - knop sectie sluitenData_Rapportvelden in een rapport plaatsen - knop sectie sluiten (Open/close unused sections).

    Profit closes sections that have no data. This prevents undesired white space from appearing in the report.

  3. Display a print preview in one of the following ways:
    • Press: F7.
    • Click on:Data_Rapportvelden in een rapport plaatsen - knop sectie sluiten.
    • Go to: Document / Print preview.
