Add a report based on a data collection
You add a new empty report that is based on a data collection.
To add a report based on a data collection:
- Go to:
- General / Output / Management / Report (all reports)
- CRM / Output / Management / Report
- Financial / Output / Management / Report
- Fiscal / Output / Management / Report
- HR / Output / Management / HRM report
- HR / Output / Management / Payroll report
- Order Management / Output / Management / Report
- Click on: New.
- Select based on a data collection.
- Select the data collection.
If necessary, you can shorten the list by selecting the following filter fields at the bottom of the window:
- Show templates only: if you select this check box, depending on the selected basis, only the reports or data collections that can be used as a template are shown.
- Show for owner only: if you select this check box, depending on the selected basis, only the reports or data collections for which you are designated as the owner are shown.
- Click on: Next.
- Enter the description.
The remaining fields (Definition category to Function group) are relevant for authorisation.
- Click on: Finish.
Profit opens the Report generator and you can get straight to work.
