Field |
Description |
---|---|
Enter a value manually. Where possible, Profit will check whether the value is valid/allowed. |
Table field. Enter a value that is already known in Profit. If you do not know the value, click the search button to the left of the field. Enter a table value or click the button to the right to open a search window. You can retrieve the search window by pressing F10 or the Down Arrow key. |
Check box. Allows you to enable or disable something. |
Date field. Enter a date or click the button to the right of the field to search for a date. Often it is not necessary to enter the complete date, as Profit will complete the date entered. Example: It is July 2009. If you only enter the value 20, Profit will complete the date as 20/07/2009. If the cursor is in the date field, you can use the Up and Down Arrow keys to increase or decrease the day/month/year. You can retrieve a calendar window with the search button or with F10. |
Yellow fields with an exclamation mark are mandatory. You are required to complete these fields, otherwise you can't complete the wizard. |
You can't change fields with a grey background. This may be related to a mandatory preferred value or to a choice you made earlier in the wizard.
