Add a period table (fixed assets)
You add a period table for fixed assets.
To add a fixed assets period table:
- Go to: General / Configuration / Period settings / Period table
- Click on: New.
- Enter a value in Description indicating that this is for fixed assets.
- In Product/module, select Fixed assets.
- Select the desired value for Type of period table.
- Enter the starting year for your depreciations in Financial year.
- Select the Broken financial year/Alternative financial year start date check box if you are using a broken financial period table.
