Authorise reconciliation
Configure the authorisation of this section, so that the right users have access to the required functions and data.
Configure authorisation:
- Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
- Go to the tab: Group maintenance.
- Select the group to authorise.
- Go to the tab: Menu.
- Select the check box for the menu options to be authorised:
- General / Financial / Enter / Reconcile
- General / Financial / Enter /Delete reconciliation
- Go to the tab: Authorisation.
- Go to: Financial / Enter / Financial changes / Actions.
- To authorise the actions:
- Reconcile
- Delete reconciliation
- Reconcile automatically
- Go to: Financial / Invoices / Actions for the authorisation of the reconciliation of outstanding items.
- To authorise the actions:
- Reconcile purchase invoice
- Reconcile sales invoice
- Close the Authorisation tool.
- Click on Yes in the message.
This environment automatically opens again with the new settings.
