Export RGS codes

These RCL fields are included in the data collection in which ledger accounts appear. Export RCL data using analyses, CaseWare or connectors that use a data collection with ledger accounts and thus realise the reporting at the RCL level.

All data collections with the Ledger Account table contain the RCL reference with extension field. This field is a combination of the RCL reference code and RCL extension fields. This is the field you can use for the export and for the external reporting.

To export a data collection with RGS codes:

  1. Open the analysis: or view with the ledger account data collection.
  2. Add the RCL reference with extension field. (Use Find (F3) to find the correct field.)
