View wage journal entries via the Financial entries view

When you integrate the Profit Payroll wage journal entries with Profit Financial, you can view these journal entries via the Financial changes view.

Note: 

This action for HRM Journaalpost must first be authorized due to the separation of functions. You configure this using action authorisation.

To view wage journal entries via the Financial entries view:

  1. Go to: Financial / Ledger / Financial changes.
  2. Open the properties of the entry.
  3. Go to the tab: Entries.
  4. Click on the action: HRM Journaalpost.

    This action is used to open the journal entry analysis of Profit Payroll.

  4. View ledger entries via the Financial entries view
  5. View wage journal entries via the Financial entries view
  6. Adjust the Financial entries view with the change status
