Check VAT declaration totals using a report

You can also check the VAT entries using two provided reports.

To check VAT entries using a report:

1. Go to: Financial / Output / Report.
2. If applicable, filter by the word 'VAT' in order to see all VAT reports.
3. Open the report:
   • VAT declaration audit overview (Profit).

     This report only shows the deviations in the calculation of the VAT. You see the differences between the VAT amounts calculated by Profit and the VAT amounts you have entered.

   • VAT declaration overview per financial year (Profit).

     This report displays the cumulatives of the VAT declarations in a specific financial year. You use this report to check the VAT declarations for a financial year. The report prints the same information as in a specific VAT declaration; however, it only prints the cumulative values for the financial year in question.
