Transfer competences, levels and scores to the survey generator

Profit generates the assessment forms in the survey generator. You can use the survey generator for different objectives, which is why you can set up surveys yourself. This is not required for Competence management, as configuration is done automatically by transferring competences, levels and scores.

Note:

If you make changes in this data after transferring the data, transfer the changed data again to the survey generator. Then repeat the procedure below. Profit will only transfer changed data.

To transfer competences, levels and scores to the survey generator:

1. Go to: HR / Competence management / Configuration / Setting.
2. Go to the tab: Settings.
3. Check whether you chose the correct Template for role(s).
   1. Click on: Properties.

      You can define preferred values for the assessments. See the comments on generating assessments for more information.

   2. Click on: OK.
4. Go to the tab: Competences.
5. Click on the action: Transfer competences to survey generator.
6. Go to the tab: Levels.
7. Click on the action: Transfer levels to survey generator.
8. Go to the tab: Scores.
9. Click on the action: Transfer scores to survey generator.
