Analyse the assessment results

You can analyse the assessment result with the Assessment analysis action. This is a view including all levels or scores entered. You can further analyse it with the Totalizer. The result can also be matched with a future role. Comparing the assessment with the required competences is explained in the section Record the agreed actions and progress.

To analyse the assessment results:

1. Go to: HR / Competence management / Reviews and agreements.
2. Select the employee.
3. Click on the action: Assessment analysis.

   Profit shows a view with the results of the assessment.

4. Use the Totalizer to further analyse these results.

   You can, for example, retrieve the average score or each competence or each assessor type within the competence. We recommend keeping the result of the Totalizer active during the time that you are busy with the assessed employee.
