Add a lease company as an agency

You add each lease company as an agency in Profit. This automatically creates an organisation in Profit CRM.

If you are managing your own cars in your fleet, then add your organisation as the lease company.

To add a lease company as an agency:

1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Configuration / Agency.
2. Click on: New.
3. Follow the instructions given by the wizard. to add an organisation.
4. Enter the code for the agency.
5. Select Lease company for Type of authority.
6. Click on: Next.
7. Enter the personal risk. You can specify per car whether or not their own risk is applicable.
8. Click on: Finish.
