Record HR settings for the organisation chart

In the settings you specify how Profit should determine the manager for each employee.

To record HR settings for the organisation chart:

  1. Go to: HR / Management / Settings.
  2. Go to the tab: HR.
  3. Select the Determine manager automatically check box.

    You select this check box if you want Profit to determine the manager of each employee based on the parent organisational unit. If not, you record the manager for each organisational unit manually.

  4. Click on: OK.
  5. Reopen the environment if Profit prompts you to do so.
  6. Go to: HR / Management / Configuration / Refresh current details.

    This action updates the managers in the organisation chart.
