Add timetable cycle
A timetable cycle contains a number of consecutive weekly timetables. If you link a timetable cycle to an employee, you also choose the week that the employee starts. Thus, for example, for working in shifts, a group of employees may start with the morning shift, a group with the afternoon/evening shift (starting with week 2) and a group with the night shift (starting with week 3).
In the Timetable cycle view, you see separate columns for days and hours excluding 'WTR' and including 'WTR'. In the timetable cycle specific day parts can be marked as 'WTR'.
To add a timetable cycle:
- Go to: HR / Presence and absence / Work timetable / Timetable cycle.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the description.
- Click on: Finish.

- Go to the tab: Working week.
- Click on: New.
- Move the working weeks from the Available box to the Selected box. Use the arrow keys below the selected box to arrange the working weeks in the correct order.
- Click on: Finish.
