Use absence alerts related to the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter'
Profit waarschuwt u met signalen voor acties die u moet uitvoeren in het kader van de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Profit contains a number of predefined alerts. This ensures that InSite automatically issues a warning if there is a new case of sickness and then once again after a specific number of days depending on the 'Poortwachter' law.
The alerts of the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter' are linked to a fixed destination. This fixed destination determines which dossier item is submitted using which profile. You cannot change this in a copy of the alert.
To configure the alerts:
- Go to:General / Management / Alert / Definition.
- Enter 'Absence guidance' as the definition for the quick filter.
You can see all the alerts that belong to the functionality:
- Unblock the alerts. The alerts immediately become active.
Start date
In the default alerts Profit uses the Simulated start date field: this is the start date of the case of absence, reduced by the total continuous absence days from the last preceding absence entry.
Example:
An employee has the following absence entries:
- Entry 1: 06-01-2014 - 13-01-2014 (8 days)
- Entry 2: 20-01-2014 - 21-01-2014
This is considered to be continuous absence. The simulated start date for entry 2 is 12-01-2014 (= 20-01-2014 -/- 8 days).
You should copy this and then adjust it (among other things for setting the correct destination) before you can start using it. In the alerts data collection, this start date is entered in the Simulated start date for ongoing absence field.
Other alerts
In addition, Profit also has the following alerts:
- Employee/Substitute during absence (Profit)
- Absence/Employee 3 or sick more often in current year (Profit)
