Delete an absence entry

You can delete an absence entry.

When deleting an absence entry, take the following into account:

• Profit deletes the entire absence entry, including any underlying course lines.
• Profit may have sent an 'Arbo' message already, in which case you have to correct the message manually.
• Profit deletes all absence lines from the actual costing (as far as these lines have not been approved) and the timetable calendar.
• If this is a current absence entry, Profit clears the Current substitute field in the employee's properties. This is done immediately when the absence entry is deleted (not during the update of the current data).

If dossier items are still linked to the absence entry, first delete them.
