Holiday allowance - extra options in the basic CLA
The Basic CAO uses the 10.044 Holiday allowance reservation with a minimum calculation rule.
This calculation rule provides the following functionality: you can calculate the holiday allowance based on a minimum calculation basis and on the basis of a deviating reference period.
Holiday allowance based on a minimum calculation basis
You can use this option if the CLA contains agreements for a minimum calculation basis for the holiday allowance. You set this for the 'Vakantietoeslag' wage component using the 'Method minimum' parameter. When setting this parameter, the settings of other parameters are also important, in particular that for the 'Methode' parameter. Please read the comment carefully before you get to work.
Note:
Each wage component has a comment in which the operation of the wage component is explained. Always take a look at this explanation on the Comment tab in the properties of the wage component in the CLA. If you do not have the wage component available, first activate it.
Reference period deviates from the payment period
For the 'Grondslag deze periode' method, Profit generally uses the 'Grondslag deze periode' calculation basis of the pay out period. You can use a deviating reference period by specifying it in the ''Peilperiode' parameter of the 'Vakantietoeslag' wage component. The reference period cannot fall after the payment period.
