Add an internal link
You can add an internal link (footnote) to a page. If a visitor clicks on the link on a published page, he will be taken directly to the correct place on the page.
One page site
If the site consists of one long page in which you have gathered together all information, we advise you to use internal links. You can also link these links to an image or to an external page.
To add an internal link:
In this example you add an internal link to the Recycle header.
- Log on and start Site management.
- Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
- Select the text to which you want to refer.
- Click on: (internal link)
- Enter Kringloop in Internal link name.
- Click on: Modify.
A flag now appears before the text.
- Select the text from which you want to refer.
- Click on:
- Select the internal link.
- Click on: Modify.
- Click on: Publish.
- Click on Yes in the message.
- Open the published page.
- Click on:Kringloop.
The focus now goes immediately to the linked internal link.
