Configure a course in InSite
Before an employee can enrol for an event, you first add a course and a page type, among other things, to you site and create a page on your site.

Procedure
- Add a course in Profit Windows
Before you can add a course page on your site, you first need to add the courses that can be taken in Profit Windows.
- Add a Course document template
Profit comes with a number of default document templates. You can add and maintain document templates yourself.
- Activate a course document template
Activate the document template so you can use it within your site.
- Activate participants
A participant can enrol in a course if you activate this for your site.
- Authorise a workflow

- Configure the Review registration workflow
If an employee enrols in a course, the manager must review the request. This only applies if an employee registers himself for a course. You specify the reviewer in the Review registration workflow, supplied with Profit.
- Add the Courses menu
The site administrator adds a menu item for Courses to the site. The course pages and overviews are grouped under this menu.
- Add a course page
The site manager creates a page for each course in InSite.
- Link a course page to the menu
In order to make a page visible in the site, the site manager links the course page to the menu.
