Create a menu item for CRM

You add the Relations menu item to the site. On this portal page, you automatically have the data for organisations, persons, contact persons, purchase contacts and sales contacts.

To create the Relations menu item and directly add the Organisations overview page:

1. Log on and start Site management.
   1. Open the site.
   2. Log on with the username and password.
   3. Click on: OK.
   4. Click on the user name at the top right.

      

   5. Click on: Site management.

2. Click on: New.

   You do this at the position where you want to add a menu item.

3. Enter the description.

   In this example Relations.

4. Select Refer to existing page.
5. Click on: Next.
6. Select the CRM portal page in Page.
7. Click on: Add. 
8. Click on: Menu in the Site frame.
9. Click on: New after the Relations menu.
10. Enter Organisaties as the description.
11. Select the Refer to existing page action.
12. Click on: Next.
13. Select the Organisations overview for Page.
14. Click on: Add.
15. Open the properties of the Organisaties menu item.
16. Deselect the Show in menu check box.
17. Click on: Modify.

To add a Persons overview page to a Relations menu:

1. Click on: New after the Relaties menu.
2. Enter Personen as the description.
3. Select the Refer to existing page action.
4. Click on: Next.
5. Select the Persons overview for Page.
6. Click on: Add.
7. Open the properties of the Personen menu item.
8. Deselect the Show in menu check box.
9. Click on: Modify.

You also follow the above procedure for the Contact persons overview page.

To add an overview page of Sales contacts and Purchase contacts to the Relations menu item:

1. Click on: Site management if you are not yet in Site management.
2. Click on: Menu in the Site frame.
3. Click on: New after the Relaties menu.
4. Enter Verkooprelaties as the description.
5. Select the Refer to existing page action.
6. Click on: Next.
7. Select the Sales contacts overview for Page.
8. Click on: Add.
9. Open the properties of the Organisaties menu item.
10. Deselect the Show in menu check box.
11. Click on: Modify.
12. Click on New after the Relaties menu.
13. Enter Inkooprelaties as the description.
14. Select the Refer to existing page action.
15. Click on: Next.
16. Select the Purchase contacts overview for Page.
17. Click on: Add.
18. Open the properties of the Personen menu item.
19. Deselect the Show in menu check box.
20. Click on: Modify.
21. Close the menu.
