Teacher cockpit in InSite

In the Teacher cockpit, teachers have information about the course events available in InSite. In addition to viewing information, you can report participants as present and move them.

Description

The Teacher cockpit is only available in InSite, not in OutSite.

Only the principal teacher of an event can report participants as present, move participants and manage course events.

Two new functionalities are available:

• View course events
• Manage course events

Preparation

• Configure the Teacher cockpit

  A principal teacher only has access to the Teacher cockpit, if you have first activated the page type and added a page to the InSite menu.

Procedure

• Report participants as present

  You can report a participant in a session as present.

• Move participants

  You can move participants in an event.

• Display a course session overview

  You can see and interpret all sessions on a given day at a glance.
