Add a hyperlink to a document as author
If you are the author, you can add a hyperlink to another (external) page to a (published) document.
To add a hyperlink to a document:
- Open the site.
- Log on with the username and password.
- Click on: OK.
- Open the document to which you want to add a hyperlink.
- Click on the action: Edit.
- Select the word to which you want to add a hyperlink.
You can also insert some text first.
- Click on the action: Hyperlink.
- If applicable, change the label The label is the text to which the hyperlink is linked.
- Select the page that is the destination of the link.
- Select a value for Open in.
You can open the selected page in a new window or in the current window.
- Click on: Create.
- Click on: Publish.
