Delete an incorrect anonymous registration

It sometimes happens that anonymous participants register for a course, which is totally not their intention.

You can complete these incorrect registrations neatly.

Complete an incorrect anonymous course registration:

  1. Open InSite.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Open your task list.

    The anonymous registrations are for the process Course Registration (Profit) and have the task Review.

  4. Open a task of the incorrect registration.
  5. Click on the action: Back to workflow.
  6. Click on the action: Complete.

    The task has been completed.
