Default images

AFAS supplies default images in the media gallery for use in banners in InSite. These images are linked to default workflow actions and programmed actions. Supplied images can be identified by the negative numbering. Any images you have added yourself have a positive number.

To modify the default image:

You can modify the default image of a portal page.

Example:

The default icon for an employee is:

You want to change this to:

Ins_Portalpagina InSite (20)

  1. Log on and start Site management.
  2. Click on: Start.
  3. Click on: Employee.
  4. Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
  5. Click on: Properties.
  6. Add the new image.

    Ins_Portalpagina InSite (30)

  7. Click on: Browse and select the new image.
  8. Select the Media gallery check box.
  9. Enter Medewerker M/V as the description.

    Ins_Portalpagina InSite (40)

  10. Click on: Create.
  11. Click on: Publish.
  12. Click on Yes in the message.

It can take a little time before you see the changed image.
