View projects in InSite

You use the Projects menu function to open an overview of all projects. From this overview, you open the page with project details for a specific project so that you can view the data.

To view projects in InSite:

1. Open the site.
2. Log on with your user name and password.
3. Click on: OK.
4. Click on: Projects.

   

   In this view, you can also use the quick filter to find a project.

5. Click on the project line to open the project details page of a project.
6. You can view the data here.

   What the project details page looks like, depends on the role you have in a project. If you do not have a role in the project, you see a basic page with basic information. The project data you see on these pages has been configured by your Site manager.

   You can use the Go directly to button to navigate directly to specific data associated with the project.

   The following project data can be shown:

   • Kaart / Project location address
   • Project management
   • Team
   • Project file
   • Cost estimate
   • Activities
   • Cost estimate lines
   • Progress
   • Actual costing
   • Revenue
   • Result
   • Totals from invoicing
   • Project phases
   • Instalments
   • Cumulatives
