View a subscription in InSite

You use the Subscriptions menu function to open an overview of all subscriptions in InSite. From this overview, you open the properties of a specific subscription to view the data.

To view a subscription in InSite:

  1. Open the site.
  2. Log on with your user name and password.
  3. Click on: OK.
  4. Click on: Subscriptions.
  5. Click on: Subscriptions.

    InSite may have been configured differently for you, in which case the description of the action deviates.

    You see the view with all subscriptions.

    Use the quick filter to search for the right subscription.

  6. Open the properties of the subscription..
  7. View the subscription data and the subscription lines here.

    Under the Go directly to button, you can open the links for the organisation. Possible links are:

    • Organisation or Person (if the contact is a person)
    • Sales contact
