Add a dossier item to a lot
You can add a dossier item to a lot. You use this, for example, to register that there is something wrong with the lot. You can then view the history of any communications regarding the lot in the dossier.
If you want to do this, you must first add a dossier item type with lot as the destination.
To add dossier items via the lot numbers view:
- Go to: Order Management / Item / Lot number.
- Select one or more lot numbers (using Ctrl+S).
- Click on the action: File item(s).
- Click on Yes in the message.
- Select the dossier item type for lots in Dossier item type.
- Click on: Next.Open the properties of the dossier item.
- Complete the fields.
Which fields that you need to complete, depends on the dossier item type configuration.
- Complete the wizard.
To add a dossier item to a lot via the lot article properties:
- Go to: Order Management / Item / Overview / Lot article.
- Open the properties of the lot article.
- Go to the tab: Dossier if you want to add a dossier item for one lot of a lot article.
Here you see all the available dossier items for this lot article.
- Click on: New.
- Select a value for Lot number.
You can also add multiple dossier items using the Lots tab. Here you see all the available lots for the lot article.
- Complete the fields.
- Click on: OK.
To view a dossier item for a lot:
- Go to: Order Management / Item / Lot number.
- Open the properties of the lot.
- Go to the tab: Dossier.
If you cannot see this tab, you first need to authorise it.
- Open the properties of the dossier item.
- Click on: OK.
