Templates per dossier item type

A dossier item type is only visible once it has been linked to a template.

The following templates display a view with multiple dossier item types:

• Dossiers template
• Dossiers received template
• Dossiers sent template
• Submit declarations template
• Declarations template

Dossiers template

In this template you see an overview of all dossier items that may be visible on a portal. You can use this template for a general menu item. You can select a line and then use the properties to open the dossier item type. You can also open any linked attachments.

Dossiers received template

In this template you see an overview of the dossier items in the workflow for the person and the contact in question.

Dossiers sent template

This is almost the same as the Dossier template, except for additional filtering. In this template, Profit filters by: the field Self-submittedis Y. The user who submitted the dossier item is also displayed in the Destination.

Declarations template (Accountancy portal)

In this template you see an overview of all dossier items that may be visible on a portal. You can use this template for a general menu item.
