View a back pay contract

You can view back pay contracts in a report and a view.

Report:

• Employees back pay contracts (Profit)

  Other reports do not include back pay contracts. For example, the Employee Basic Card (Profit) report does not contain any back pay contracts. A lot of the other reports contain only employees with a valid (current) contract, for example the Employees Leave Balances (Profit) report. Such reports only show employees with a regular contract, not the employees with a back pay contract.

View:

• Profit shows all contracts per employee in the History contract view which you can display by selecting HR / Employee / Employee and going to the Contract tab in the employee properties.

  By selecting HR / Employee / Overview / HR Management you can view all employees with a current employment; employees with a back pay contract are not included in this view.
