Add a bank account (Netherlands Antilles)
You add the bank account that the employer uses for salary payments.
To add a bank account:
- Go to: General / Configuration / Payment settings / Bank account.
- Click on: New.
- Add the bank as an organisation in Profit.
- Click repeatedly on: Next.
- After a number of steps, you get to the bank account data:
- Select the administration. This field is mandatory but it is not relevant for Profit Payroll.
- Select the bank type.
- Select Netherlands Antilles as the country.
- Enter the account number of the employee in Bank/giro number.
- Click on: Next.
- Select the file format.
- Enter the file location and file name. The file name is not used because Profit generates a file name itself based on the instructions provided by the bank.
- Click on: Finish.
