Generate and send the ‘TKP’ file
If you have corrections and/or RAE entries in preceding periods, then you must make a new delivery for the period in question. However, for a number of corrections, you must contact ‘TKP’.
In the following situations, you cannot make corrections using a new delivery, but rather you must contact ‘TKP’ digitally or by phone:
- Correction to end of employment data such as resignation code.
- An employee was wrongfully delivered for one or more periods.
- Incorrect employment start message for an employee.
- Incorrect employment end message for an employee.
- Correction to employment data, such as employment start date.
- Corrections to personal details.
To generate a new file for corrections:
- Go to: HR / Payroll / Salary processing cockpit.
- Generate a 'TKP’ pension data delivery.
