Project entry when reporting the WIP complete

Various data collections are available for the work in progress.

• Projects and entries
• Project entries (incl. authorisation)
• Project entries (excl. authorisation)
• Report work in progress complete (incl. balance of 0)

Information these data collections provide includes the following:

• The total amount for work in progress that has reported complete
• The WIP entries
• The WIP completions

To add a new view for Report WIP complete:

In this example, you add a view with fields from the Report work in progress ready (incl. balance 0) data collection. You can also use this view to report the completion of WIP per line for projects with a 0 balance.

1. Go to: Projects / Invoicing / Cancel WIP.
2. Add a view:
   1. Display the Views toolbar using Ctrl+Shift+K if it is not visible.
   2. Go to: Views /New view....

      

3. Select based on a data collection.
4. For example, select Report work in progress ready (incl. balance 0).
5. Click on: Next.
6. Enter the description, for example, Onderhanden werk per regel afmelden.
7. Click on: Next.
8. Add fields to the view. For example: Administration, Project number, Entered cost price, Completed cost price, Entered revenue, Completed revenue.
9. Click on: Finish.
